Please note:

1. Any order modified or cancelled less than 14 days before the date selected for the shipment of the queens is not refundable.
2. Honeycombs Inc. wishes to emphasize that, despite successful shipping over the years, the company cannot be held responsible for queen bee deaths occurring during transport. Therefore, no reimbursement will be issued for this type of damage. Please consult the policies section for this purpose.
3. For shipments outside Quebec, fees and inspection delays may apply.
4. For purchases of 40 queens or more, a payment term can be offered to you, contact us.
