Return and Refund Policy for Mated Queens

To ensure the quality and health of our mated queens, we take every possible measure to provide you with queens in perfect condition at the time of their departure from our farm. However, please note that mated queens are non-refundable once they have left our production site, due to their status as live animals.

Customer Responsibility After Departure

Once the queens have left our farm, their well-being is entirely dependent on the care and conditions provided by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any complications or losses resulting from inadequate transport, unsuitable environments, or insufficient care.

Recommended Care for Ensuring Survival of Mated Queens

To maximize the survival and performance of the queens upon receipt, we recommend the following care instructions:

  • Room Temperature Storage

    • Maintain queens between 20°C and 27°C (68°F to 81°F)

    • Avoid extreme temperature fluctuations

  • Regular Feeding

    • Provide 1 to 2 drops of honey on the cage mesh morning and evening to ensure proper nutrition

  • Protection from Drafts

    • Keep the queen box away from drafts, including those from air conditioners, heaters, or any other source that could cause thermal stress

By purchasing mated queens, you acknowledge having read and accepted this policy, and understand that their survival and performance will also depend on the care you provide after leaving the farm.

Reservation Deposit Policy

Nature of the Deposit

The deposit is a payment made at the time of reservation to secure the availability of a product or service on the agreed date. This amount will be deducted from the total cost upon delivery or service.

Non-Refundable Policy

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the reason. This rule covers costs associated with the preparation and allocation of resources for your order.

Cancellation by the Supplier

If the supplier is forced to cancel the order due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., extreme weather events, production issues), the deposit will be fully refunded to the customer.

Reservation Modification

Any request for changes (quantity, date, or other details) must be submitted in writing and approved by the supplier. Additional fees may apply depending on availability.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing a reservation deposit, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
